Two men were found dead in a Henrico business and have been identified as 31-year-old Jermarlo Tisdale of Richmond and 36-year-old Rufus Witcher of Henrico County. The two victims were not related to each other, according to the Henrico Police Department. The circumstances surrounding the shooting that resulted in their deaths are still being investigated.
