Falcons add cornerback Antonio Hamilton to their roster

The Falcons have announced the signing of cornerback Antonio Hamilton Sr., who previously played for the Cardinals for three seasons. During that time, he had 40 tackles, 11 passes defended, and one interception in 14 games with nine starts in 2023.

Hamilton began his NFL career with the Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2016 before moving on to the Giants in 2018-19 and the Chiefs in 2020. In his eight-year career, Hamilton has accumulated 172 tackles, 25 passes defended, and two interceptions in 98 games with 18 starts.

The Falcons have now signed three defensive players in free agency, including Hamilton, Eddie Goldman, and Kentavius Street. They have also re-signed Nate Landman. With these additions to their defense, the Falcons are looking to improve their performance on the field next season.
