Bananas are rich in vitamins B1, C, and magnesium, which can increase mobility and support sperm production. They also contain an enzyme called bromelain that promotes the increase of sperm quantity and mobility. Citrus fruits contain antioxidants that protect sperm from damage caused by free radicals and oxidative stress. Vitamin C found in these fruits helps improve endurance, making conception easier.

Avocados provide vitamin E, counteracting the effects of reactive oxygen species and improving sperm quality. Folate in avocados supports spermatogenesis and sperm cell development, necessary for DNA replication and improving sperm mobility, quantity, and quality.
