The S.P.A.R.K.S. Foundation and Blankets of Hope Berks are thrilled to announce the upcoming Swings for Science, Birdies for Blankets event at Sittler Golf in Sinking Spring. This family-friendly event will take place from Friday, June 7, to Sunday, June 9, offering three days of fun and activities for attendees of all ages.
The event will feature a mini golf tournament, mini golf challenges, driving range contests, delicious food, ice cream, beer trucks, raffles, science experiments and more. From 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., there will be a variety of engaging activities to enjoy each day that cater to people of all ages and abilities.
One of the highlights of the weekend will be the second annual Oakbrook Open presented by Oakbrook Brewing on Saturday night at 6:30 p.m.. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top competitors in this mini-golf tournament which is open only for registration by participants interested in competing . All other activities including games and music are open to everyone who wants to participate or just come along to watch the fun!
In addition to being an entertaining event with various activities such as hands-on science projects for youths which combine education with entertainment , this occasion offers attendees an opportunity to get involved with their community initiatives and support these worthy causes through donations or volunteering opportunities available during the event .
