Greeneye Technology, a leader in AI-driven precision spraying technology, has secured $20 million in funding from Israeli investment company Deep Insight. This investment will be used to expand Greeneye’s operations in the US, improve its analytical capabilities and widen its application to new inputs and crops. The company plans to deploy over 50 systems in farmers’ fields this year, focusing on the 200 million acres of corn, soybean, and cotton cultivated in the US.

Nadav Bocher, CEO of Greeneye Technology, expressed his satisfaction at securing this round of funding during challenging economic times. He highlighted the validation of Greeneye’s mission to promote the adoption of precision spraying technology on a wider scale. With this innovative solution that uses AI and advanced hardware to accurately identify weeds within crops and apply chemicals only where necessary – directly targeting the weeds – Greeneye has become the first to commercially launch precision spraying technology in the US in 2022.
