Inaugural Silver & Black Gala by Raiders Foundation Highlights Mental Health Initiatives in Nevada

The Las Vegas Raiders recently celebrated the Raiders Foundation inaugural Silver & Black Gala in Las Vegas, Nevada. This event aimed to raise awareness for mental health issues and generate funds for the Legal Aid of Southern Nevada’s Resiliency & Justice Center, which supports victims of trauma and violent crime.

The gala, held on March 30 at Wynn Las Vegas and presented by Intermountain Health, marked a significant milestone in the Raiders’ commitment to making a positive impact beyond football, especially in addressing mental health challenges in Nevada.

Kari Uyehara, Executive Director of the Raiders Foundation, expressed pride in partnering with the community on such a critical cause. The funds raised during the gala will expand their support for those affected by mental health conditions in Nevada.

The event was attended by over two hundred members of The Las Vegas Raiders organization, including Owner Mark Davis, Board Member Larry Delsen, and President Sandra Douglass Morgan. The gala brought together influential figures, community leaders, and advocates for an impactful evening. Attendees enjoyed live performances from Grammy Award-winning artists and special appearances.

For those who missed the gala, information about future events and initiatives can be found on the Raiders website. The Las Vegas Raiders and the Raiders Foundation are thankful for all who contributed to the success of the Silver & Black Gala and are committed to supporting mental health initiatives in the community.
