Inch & Co. Unveils Upcoming 250,000 Sqft Sports Complex in York: Demolition Underway for the Former Central York High School Athletic Fields

Central York’s old bleachers torn down to make way for new sports complex

Inch & Co. recently gave a tour of their upcoming sports complex in York, which will be constructed on the grounds of the old Central York High School athletic fields. The proposed 250,000 square-foot facility will cover 13 acres of land and is expected to be one of the largest indoor recreation facilities in the region, similar in size to the Spooky Nook facility in Lancaster County.

The demolition of the stadium at the former Central York High School in North York has already begun as Inch & Co. broke ground for the new sports facility. Crews were seen tearing down the bleachers at the athletic field on Monday, April 1st.

Owners Jeff and John Inch have big plans for the site, aiming to create an extensive sports training and performance complex. The brothers have been making waves in York County with their rapid rise, and this new project is sure to be a significant addition to the community. To help fund the demolition of the site, Inch & Co secured a $150,000 grant through the York County Land Bank Authority.
