VinBigdata is currently accepting applications for its Vingroup AI Engineer Training program season 5. This free training program is open to 70 students with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and TOEIC 600 or equivalent. To be eligible, candidates must have a strong academic background in Information Technology, AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Electronics – Telecommunications, Mathematics – Information or related technical majors.
The program consists of two main phases: a foundation phase that focuses on subjects such as machine learning, computer vision, natural language processing, linear algebra and AI ethics for four months and an internship phase where students work on Vingroup’s technology projects and have the opportunity to publish their research in leading conferences and journals.
The selection process includes three rounds: application screening, entrance test in math, programming and English language proficiency test followed by an interview with an expert panel. The goal of this program is to create a team of high-quality engineers who can compete in the global market. Professor Vu Ha Van, Scientific Director of VinBigdata emphasized the importance of training AI engineers to improve Vietnam’s position in the world of technology.
