Israel Strikes Hezbollah Military Site in Lebanon Following 12 Rocket Attacks

In the aftermath of more than a dozen rockets launched by Hezbollah against northern Israel, the Israeli Army has carried out airstrikes on a military structure belonging to the Shiite militia party in southern Lebanon. No casualties have been reported from either side as of now.

The Israeli Army stated that their combat aircraft targeted a military structure in the Mis al Jabal area where terrorists were present. Additionally, 15 projectiles fired from Lebanon hit open areas around a military post in Menara, with no reported casualties. Air alerts were activated in the area to ensure safety.

Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for the rocket attacks and stated that the target was a group of enemy soldiers. They also confirmed the death of one of their members, Muhamad Ibrahim al Zein, who they say died as a martyr on the road to Jerusalem. These incidents are part of an ongoing clash between the Israeli Army and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon following attacks by Hamas against Israeli territory, resulting in numerous casualties and kidnappings. The situation remains tense as both sides continue to engage in conflict.
