Israeli Company Sentrycs Added to UK National Protective Security Authority’s Catalogue of Security Equipment for Countering Unauthorized Drones

United Kingdom adopts advanced Israeli anti-drone technology

An Israeli company, Sentrycs, specializing in counter-drone measures has recently been added to the UK National Protective Security Authority’s Catalogue of Security Equipment (NPSA CSE). The company’s Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) solution was selected after undergoing a rigorous evaluation by the NPSA to assess its Detection, Tracking and Identification (DTI) capabilities.

The C-UAS solution developed by Sentrycs is specifically designed to identify and intercept unauthorized drones in various environments including airports, borders, and mass events. In August 2023, the NPSA conducted an assessment of this system at their testing site where Sentrycs demonstrated exceptional capabilities in different security scenarios. The system showed high accuracy in detecting and tracking suspicious drones without triggering false alarms.

Sentrycs CEO, Yoav Zaltzman expressed his pride in having their technology recognized by the UK National Protective Security Authority. He stated that being listed in the CSE is not only an honor but also a validation of the reliability and effectiveness of their technology in enhancing airspace security. This recognition highlights the importance of integrating innovative solutions like C-UAS to adapt to the constantly evolving security landscape.
