Identity Clark County has appointed business leader Lindsey Salvestrin from Columbia Credit Union to its board of directors. Salvestrin, who has been with the credit union since 2000, was promoted to president and CEO in 2023 after holding various leadership positions within the organization. Since becoming CEO, she has implemented initiatives aimed at improving financial wellness, such as the Overdraft Kindness program and a partnership with the Vancouver Housing Authority to increase affordable housing options. Salvestrin holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University and is active in industry committees and organizations.

Kevin Callahan, a longtime Vancouver resident since 2014, has joined the advisory council for the Area Agency on Aging and Disabilities of Southwest Washington. With over 37 years of experience in local government, Callahan brings expertise in land use planning and transportation, as well as experience as a public works director and emergency manager. Currently, he volunteers with the Community Emergency Response Team and the Master Gardener program. Callahan holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental planning from universities in California and a master’s degree in public policy and administration from those same institutions.
