Maryland continued to dominate in singles play, with Selma Cadar winning the No. 1 singles match and Kallista Liu winning her third straight singles match. Rutgers managed to get on the board by winning the No. 6 singles match, but Maria Budin sealed the victory for Maryland with a hard-fought win in the No. 4 singles match.

With this victory, Maryland improved their home record to 9-1.
