New Apple Pencil Pro with Pressure Sensor and Gyroscope: Revolutionizing Digital Drawing

What’s New in the Apple Pencil Pro for iPad Air and iPad Pro M4?

Apple recently announced the launch of the iPad Pro with M4 chip and the iPad Air with M2 chip, along with the release of a new Apple Pencil Pro. The new Apple Pencil is equipped with advanced features that aim to enhance the digital drawing and writing experience. One of its most innovative features is a pressure sensor that allows users to easily access a palette of tools by “squeezing” the pen. This enables swift changes to tools, line weights, and colors without disrupting the creative process.

The Apple Pencil Pro also includes an integrated gyroscope for improved shape control, providing users with more intuitive and accurate movements. Additionally, it has a new haptic engine that enhances user experience by providing a subtle tactile response when using gestures like double-tapping or activating smart shapes. This feature increases interaction and adds to the realism of using the Apple Pencil Pro.

The redesigned magnetic interface on the iPad Pro and iPad Air models allows for convenient pairing, charging, and storage of the Apple Pencil Pro. The device is specifically designed for use with these latest models and is not compatible with other iPad models.

For professionals and students who rely on their Apple Pencil for daily work or studies, this device now features support for the Find My application. It allows users to easily locate their Apple Pencil if it is misplaced.

The Apple Pencil Pro will be available for purchase at a price of 149 euros starting from May 15th. In addition to this model, all other versions of the Apple Pencil are still available including second generation at 149 euros, Apple Pencil USB-C at 89 euros, and first generation at 119 euros.

Overall, this new version of the Apple Pencil offers enhanced functionality for digital artists while maintaining compatibility only with recent iPad models.
