Police Arrest 60-Year-Old Business Owner for Sexual Assault in Colorado

Colorado drug screening business owner accused of sexual assault arrested

A man in his 60s, Arben “Ben” Duka, who owns a drug screening business in Colorado was arrested by Aurora Police for alleged sexual assault. The arrest came after a woman reported that Duka had sexually assaulted her at his business, Aurora Employment Testing. It was found that Duka had changed the name of his business from Wiz Quiz Employment Testing to Aurora Employment Testing in February of the previous year.

Further investigation by the Sex Crimes Unit detectives revealed that there were two other reported incidents involving Duka and female victims in 2023. Both victims claimed that they were assaulted after providing urinalysis samples at Duka’s business. The Adams County District Attorney charged Duka with unwanted sexual contact without consent and invasion of privacy for sexual gratification, both misdemeanors. The case was filed in October alongside the most recent report of assault and is still active.

Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward by calling Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720.913.STOP (7867) and referencing case number AP23-202838.
