Guy Grace, K-12 National Security Program Manager at ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions, has over 38 years of experience in the security field and has served as the director of security and emergency planning for Littleton Public Schools for over three decades. He was recognized as the 2020 K-12 Campus Safety Director of the Year and is involved in various advisory committees related to school safety.

Mike Newton, a SLED Account Executive at Convergint, focuses on the K-12 vertical in Colorado. Previously, he was the director of safety and security for the Elizabeth School District where he was responsible for all aspects of physical security, emergency management, threat assessment, emergency communication, and continuity of operations. Newton received the K-12 Director of the Year Award from Campus Safety during his tenure at Elizabeth SD. Before his work in school safety, Newton served in the U.S. Air Force and the Colorado Air National Guard.
