The City of Sonoma and the Sonoma Valley Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to honor a local business that has made an effort to protect the environment. Businesses within the city can either nominate themselves or be nominated by individuals by filling out an online survey detailing their green initiatives.
The survey should include information about any sustainability programs in place, as well as efforts to conserve resources. A committee comprised of environmental and civic leaders will review the submissions and choose a business to be honored this year.
The deadline for submissions is April 18th, 2024 at noon. The selected honoree will be notified shortly after and publicly announced on Earth Day, which falls on April 22nd.
