Tandigm Health CEO Frank Ingari Steps Down After Six Years of Successful Leadership

The CEO of Tandigm Health will be resigning.

In April 30th, Frank Ingari will step down as the CEO of Tandigm Health. The West Conshohocken-based company announced his departure on Tuesday.

Tandigm was founded in 2014 with the goal of partnering with primary care physicians to improve patient care while reducing costs. In 2019, the University of Pennsylvania Health System invested $50 million in Tandigm for a minority stake and added 275 primary care physicians to its network.

Richard L. Snyder, an IBX executive vice president and chair of Tandigm’s board, expressed gratitude towards Frank for his leadership during his time with the company. He praised Frank’s vision and insight as crucial to Tandigm’s success and growth into one of the largest and most successful physician-led organizations in the country.

As Tandigm searches for a new CEO, Pam Eckardt, chief performance operations officer, and Keith Garthwaite, chief financial officer, will take over day-to-day operations of the company. Ingari, who has a background in technology before joining healthcare industry, did not immediately respond to requests for information about his future plans.
