Trailer for Season 4 of ‘The Boys’ Confirms Exciting ‘Gen V’ Crossover

The official trailer for season four of “The Boys” has been released by Amazon Studios. During the inaugural CCXP fan convention in Mexico, stars of the Emmy-winning show such as Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Chace Crawford, Karen Fukuhara, and Claudia Doumit showcased the explosive trailer.

The upcoming season finds the world on the brink, with Victoria Neuman, played by Doumit, close to the Oval Office and under the control of Homelander, portrayed by Starr. Butcher, with limited time left to live, has lost Becca’s son and his leadership role with The Boys. The team is frustrated with his lies and must find a way to work together to save the world before it’s too late.

Karl Urban’s character Butcher opens the nearly three-minute trailer with a reflection on the messes he has made in his life. He admits to not having enough time to fix them all and expresses the need for his team to come together to make things right. The teaser for the series was previously revealed at CCXP in Brazil in December.

Fans can expect “The Boys” season four to premiere on June 13, with three episodes being released on Prime Video that day. Subsequent episodes will be released weekly until the finale on July 18. In addition to this news, a college-set spinoff called Gen V has been announced which will feature Maddie Phillips and Asa Germann. Jack Quaid and Jessie T. Usher will also star along with Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone and Colby Minifie. Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry and Jeffrey Dean Morgan will join for the new season.
