In May 2024, the University of Utah will be hosting its 155th general commencement, celebrating the achievements of its graduates. Among them are 118 current or former student-athletes who have earned their bachelor’s and master’s degrees. This event will recognize graduates from Fall 2023, and Spring and Summer 2024.
The University of Utah has a reputation for producing highly successful graduates, with a graduation rate of 94% in the most recent NCAA GSR Report released in December 2023. This marks the sixth consecutive year that Utah’s graduation rate has been 93% or higher, placing it second in the Pac-12 behind Stanford.
The student-athletes receiving their degrees come from a variety of sports including baseball, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, cross country and track & field, football, golf, gymnastics, lacrosse, skiing, soccer, softball, men’s swimming & diving, women’s swimming & diving, men’s tennis, women’s tennis
