Unraveling the Disappearance of Danka Ilić: A Joint Search for Missing Two-Year-Old Girl in Serbia and Croatia

Report any information regarding missing Danka (2) to Croatian police with assistance from MUP

In the wake of the disappearance of two-year-old girl Danka Ilić in the Banjsko Polje settlement in Bor, Serbia, on October 26, 2021, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia and the Ministry of the Interior of Croatia have launched a joint search for the missing child. The National Register of Missing Persons has been activated for Danka to aid in the search efforts.

On March 26, 2021, for the first time in its history, Serbia’s Police activated its PRONAĐI ME (Amber Alert) system. This system is designed to disseminate urgent public information during cases involving missing minors. Despite extensive efforts to locate Danka, she remains missing. As a result, Serbian authorities have issued an appeal to anyone with information about her whereabouts or circumstances surrounding her disappearance to come forward.

Danka was last seen wearing an olive green jacket, purple pants, and black tennis shoes. She stands at approximately 85 cm tall with brown hair and eyes. The Interpol website also contains information about Danka Ilić and her disappearance. The search continues for this little girl who vanished without a trace, and any information that may help locate her should be reported immediately to either Croatian or Serbian law enforcement officials.
