Community Health Needs Assessment seeks input from ECU Health

ECU Health in Greenville, N.C. is currently seeking feedback from community members across eastern North Carolina on its Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). This assessment helps identify the most important health issues affecting the region and allows ECU Health to better understand the community’s concerns and tailor efforts to promote wellness and address critical health challenges.

ECU Health is committed to ensuring that the voices of all community members are heard, which is why the CHNA survey is open to all individuals aged 15 and older. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and all responses are confidential. The feedback provided helps ensure that health care needs are met in the 29 counties served by ECU Health. The survey will be open until June 7, 2024.

The CHNA process involves collecting and analyzing comprehensive data on demographics, socioeconomic factors, and health-related statistics. While these insights are valuable, the most important feedback comes directly from community members themselves. By participating in the survey, community members can play a crucial role in shaping the future of healthcare in eastern North Carolina.

The CHNA results serve as a basis for prioritizing strategies to improve the health and well-being of eastern North Carolina. To participate in the survey, visit ECUHealth.org/CHNA where it is available in both English and Spanish. Your input matters!
