The upcoming 2024 Health and Fitness Expo promises to be a fantastic event for Edmonds School District families and those residing within the boundaries of Public Hospital District No. 2, Snohomish County. Scheduled for Saturday, May 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., the event will take place at Edmonds School District Stadium in Edmonds, located at 7600 212th St. S.W.
Attendees can look forward to an array of health and wellness booths, nutrition education, and various opportunities to stay active during the expo. The event will feature exciting activities such as the Move 60! Fun Run, track and field events, Bike Blender, obstacle course, interactive vendor booths, and activity demonstrations. Registration for the fun run will begin at 11 a.m., with a t-shirt provided to the first 250 kids participating in the run itself starting at 11:30 a.m.
Organized by both the City of Edmonds Parks and Recreation and the Edmonds School District Move 60! program, this event is an excellent opportunity for organizations promoting health and fitness to showcase their products or services to attendees interested in improving their overall well-being.
