Three distinguished individuals from Northeast Georgia were recently recognized by the Boy Scouts of America’s Northeast Georgia Council for their outstanding contributions to the community. Spence Price, Ron Quinn, and Nath Morris were honored as Ralph Cleveland Distinguished Citizens during the Boy Scouts’ 25th annual American Values Dinner.

Price, a member of The Georgia Society of CPAs and the GSCPA Real Estate Section, serves as the Chair of the Northeast Georgia Health System Board. He is also actively involved in various committees and sub-committees within the Health System. Quinn, on the other hand, is Vice-Chair of the board of directors for The Arts Council and President of the Rotary Club of Gainesville. He also serves on several other boards and committees related to banking, community service, and education.

Morris, who has been a member of the Hall County Board of Education for 24 years, has been actively involved in various community organizations such as the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce Agriculture. He has received recognition for his contributions to education and community service over the years.

The award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional civic leadership and community involvement, inspiring others to make a positive impact in their communities. The Boy Scouts Northeast Georgia Council values community service and recognizes those who go above and beyond to make a difference in their communities.
