Talon Rowland, a senior at Randolph High School, has officially committed to attend Charleston Southern University on a track & field scholarship. He recently signed his national letter of intent and will be joining the Buccaneers team. The signing ceremony was attended by Talon’s family, sister, sprinting coach, athletic director, track & field coach, and the Randolph superintendent.
