Despite ISIS claiming responsibility for the attack, Russian President Vladimir Putin continues to allege Ukrainian involvement in orchestrating the attack. Four gunmen armed with Kalashnikov rifles carried out the attack at Crocus City Hall, with eleven individuals linked to the crime being arrested. The situation remains tense as the search for the missing individuals continues.
