Baseball and lacrosse shine in Pueblo’s Games of the Week

As the spring sports season gains momentum, Pueblo is preparing for spring break. Despite schools being out for the week, there is still plenty of action in Pueblo prep sports. This week, baseball and lacrosse take center stage.

In baseball, the schedule is packed with exciting matchups. On Monday at 4 p.m., Pueblo East will kick off the week by facing Lamar at Runyon Sports Complex. On Thursday at 4 p.m., Canon City will take on Pueblo County, followed by Pueblo South hosting Mesa Ridge at 7 p.m. The action continues on Saturday with games between Mesa Ridge and Pueblo Central at 10 a.m., Golden and Pueblo Central at 12 p.m., and D’Evelyn and Pueblo Centennial at 1 p.m.

Boys lacrosse will also have a game this week as Prairie View visits Pueblo West High School on Friday at 6 p.m. This will be Pueblo West’s second home game of the season, providing fans with an exciting matchup to watch.
