Kellogg made his fortune through brokerage house Spear, Leeds & Kellogg and currently serves as chairman of IAT Reinsurance Company while residing in Short Hills.
The list is topped by Frenchman Bernard Arnault, who founded and runs luxury conglomerate LVMH and has a net worth of $233 billion. Elon Musk, owner of X and co-founder of Tesla and SpaceX, is the richest U.S.-based billionaire with a net worth of $195 billion.
